Folks, just a tasty celebration of food and family coming your way. I think the best offering that we have ever put together from our fields and our friends. Take a few minutes and get an order in and then go do something fun instead of standing around cranky grocery stores this weekend. For Albuquerque customers east of the Big River (that doesn’t look so Grande right now), we are trying a cool thing and offering an Express Route on Thanksgiving morning. Order by 9 am and have delivery by Noon.
Our GM, Emma, has assured me that you can place your order, sit back and watch the Thanksgiving Day Floats. By the time the last float finishes, Keith will be at your door with goodies. Now that is something to be thankful for amigos.
Have a wonderful and safe holiday. Enjoy the flavors with a mindful heart. We all have so much to be thankful for.

We are putting together a pretty tasty looking Thanksgiving week for you. I know what you are saying, we put together yummy weeks all the time. And you’re right, we do. But this Thanksgiving is going to be extra incredible.
We, of course, will have all the staples like potatoes, yams, cranberries, onions, fresh herbs, celery, carrots, spinach, and oranges to name a short list. But we will have the additional convenience (and flavors) of freshly baked pies, holiday cookies, and bread rolls to add to the mix this year.
We will have everything that you will need for a most memorable holiday. You just need to provide the bird. We have done the birds in the past but I just began to feel uneasy leaving a huge bird just sitting on someone’s steps. Our birds don’t like being latch-key kids.
One thing that I am very thankful for this time of year is not having to go to the store. I have realized that with my grey hairs, my tolerance for standing in line at the grocery store has worn thin. I think that a professional head shrink would actually tell that I have an anxiety disorder. So instead of hearing that bad news, I just stay home and order my food like all of our members do, on our devices.
Sit back this hectic food season and let us deliver you some holiday joy.
Reminder: Our delivery schedule that week will be run as normal but we will be off Thursday and Friday to spend time with our families. So if you have a delivery scheduled for either of those days, please change your order day to another route that week. The last route we will send out will be the Same-Day Delivery route on Wednesday.
Lastly, a heads up on a new product that we are bringing in from a company in Santa Fe. The Kombucha Project. We did a taste test on Katlyn’s kombucha the other week and I think that you will be very pleased with these probiotic teas. It is actually ironic how we met her, she bought one of our delivery vans. So let’s keep it local.
Happy Thanksgiving prep week. The foodies’ final exam!
